Thirty-One Eleven Sunset

Encore Mechanical had the pleasure of installing heating and air conditioning equipment for a new 17-story luxury residential tower, Thirty-One Eleven Sunset, in Flower Mound, Texas. The building contains 203 apartments featuring expansive views of Lake Grapevine.

For this job, Encore meticulously installed 42 VRF systems (740 tons).

Post opening, we transitioned the high-rise construction project to our Service Department. The building is also monitored by the Encore VRF Command Center (VCC), our cloud-based technology that continuously collects, analyzes, and presents data all in one application.
