Dual Brand Uptown Hotel

The Dual Brand Uptown Hotel, located in the McKinney Avenue corridor in Dallas, features award-winning Marriott brands, the AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel. The 19-story hotel will have 254 rooms and is scheduled to have the opening ceremony on September 24, 2026.

Encore Mechanical had the honor of installing Samsung VRF and Mitsubishi equipment for the ducted DOAS outdoor units, along with two 40-ton DOAS units on the high roof. Additionally, Encore installed roughly 45,000 linear feet of copper piping.
