Christ Chapel Bible Church South Campus – Design Build. The Church wanted to take advantage of efficiency associated with VRF systems. Encore installed VRF systems in church offices, classrooms, and common areas. A large rooftop unit was utilized for the sanctuary.

Competitive bid municipal ground up new construction by Encore Mechanical, LLC to install the VRF systems at the new Granbury Police Department. Encore adhered to strict plans and specifications.

Manhattan Construction negotiated with Encore Mechanical, LLC to install the VRF systems at the new VIN Hotel, a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel, in Grapevine TX. This project faced a strict budget requirement, which Encore Mechanical met. Both locals and tourists have been enjoying Hotel Vin since it opened on September 3, 2020.

Billingsley, Cypress Waters, switched from RTU/VAV to VRF and Lucy Burns said it was a “no brainer” after considering upfront savings to structure, glazing, Div 26.  Billingsley named Encore as their sole source for the 400,000 SF of tenant finish.

Encore Mechanical, LLC teamed up with SkiHi Enterprises for Austin Commercial at the AC Hotel in downtown Ft Worth with VRF systems; it opened up in September, 2020.
