Manhattan Construction negotiated with Encore Mechanical, LLC to install the VRF systems at the new Hotel VIN, a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel, in Grapevine TX. This project faced a strict budget requirement, which Encore Mechanical met. Both locals and tourists have been enjoying Hotel Vin since it opened on September 3, 2020.
