Completed in 2014, the Nebraska Furniture Mart comprises 1,900,000 SF furniture retail and warehouse. Although the great majority of the property is served by a conventional central plant, TDIndustries selected Encore Mechanical to provide a combination of 3-ph VRV and 1-ph minisplits total (57) systems serving warehouse offices and back-of-house areas as well as the refrigerant piping CRAC-1, 2, and 3.

Keller ELC – Keller ISD

Encore is fortunate to have worked with Steele & Freeman, Construction Manager. When the going got tough, their leadership and Encore’s ability to accelerate the work when the project fell 4 months behind due to a significant delay in the roofing components. Encore and Steele & Freemen coordinated a 6-day work week and accommodate our overtime expense to consolidate our duration by 50% and eventually delivered the project on time. Ultimately, Encore received the American Subcontractor’s Association Platinum Award for best-in-class subcontract less than $1M.
